These terms describe the digital product, access, price and specific limitations of this private course.

Identity and product

The seller is MYSERVEAI TECHNOLOGIES SL, Spanish tax identification number (NIF or CIF) B23836711, with an address at Calle Nerine 1, 28019 Madrid, Spain and can be contacted at contacto@kintavor.com.

The product is KINTAVOR Spanish Step by Step, code SPANISH_STEP_BY_STEP. This version includes 180 published lessons from A0–B1, together with exercises, audio, a placement test, assessments, an intensive 30-day pathway, an optional tutor and private certificates up to B1. B2 is in development; C1 and C2 are coming soon. Future levels have no published lessons until their status changes.

Price, payment and duration

The launch price is £83.24 and the regular price is £126.15. The total price displayed and accepted at Checkout is the final amount; the platform adds no surcharges.

Payment is a one-off payment through Stripe Checkout. Access is activated only after the signed webhook confirms payment, and paid access to A0–B1 lasts twelve calendar months from the start of the relevant period.

Access and requirements

Access is personal and protected by email and password, with recovery by email. Credentials must not be shared.

Pronunciation practice using a microphone depends on browser compatibility and permissions; a written alternative is available. The optional tutor requires the OpenAI service to be available.

Certificate, outcomes and support

The completion certificate is a private, unofficial KINTAVOR certificate. It is not equivalent to an official qualification or third-party certification.
