The platform limits the data it processes to what is needed to operate the website, manage access and respond to user requests.

Platform data and purposes

The application processes account and contact details, enrolment and access data, payments identified by Stripe references, learning progress, exercises, assessments, optional tutor use, support, security and audit data.

It does not store card numbers or bank details. Pronunciation practice may use speech recognition provided by the browser or device; KINTAVOR does not save a microphone recording by default.

• Create and protect the account and recover the password.
• Manage the purchase, enrolment and twelve months of access.
• Save progress, attempts, notes and the private certificate.
• Send transactional communications and provide support.
• Prevent abuse, investigate incidents and retain technical audit trails.

Providers and regions

Hosting: Hostinger (hosting).

Email: the SMTP provider (email).

Payments and provider privacy: Stripe processes payments under its own applicable notices and roles.

Optional tutor: OpenAI (the tutor is available only when enabled). Questions sent to the tutor are minimised according to the configuration.

Analytics: no third-party advertising analytics tools are enabled.

Rights and requests

Requests relating to personal data are handled at formacion@kintavor.com. Each request is reviewed before completing changes that could affect retention or security obligations.

Policy on accounts for minors: the service is intended for adults.
