Build enterprise backends with Java and Spring Boot.
Learn through real projects, REST APIs, databases, security and tests.
An online, self-paced pathway from programming fundamentals to a professional API with PostgreSQL, Spring Security, testing and documentation.
Indicative 16-week plan · 12 months' access · Java runs on your computer
Learning backend means learning to make decisions.
Copying a controller is not enough. You will practise modelling a domain, separating responsibilities, validating inputs, persisting data, protecting endpoints and demonstrating behaviour through tests.
The aim is for you to explain why a solution works, recognise its limits and improve it through reasoned decisions. Reaching a professional standard requires consistent practice; completing the course does not replace work experience.
36 modules, organised so you can progress without unexplained gaps.
Each block connects theory, examples, practice, assessment and a deliverable you can review. Technical versions are centralised to make future updates easier.

Your code stays in your environment.
Download the starter project, work with the JDK and Maven, run the tests and record the result in the campus.
There are instructions for Windows, macOS and Linux, alternatives without Docker and Maven Wrapper where appropriate. You do not need GitHub, a cloud account or an external tool to complete the core course.

Start for free with an API that works.
“Build your first REST API with Java and Spring Boot” takes you through environment setup, HTTP, a GET endpoint, a POST endpoint, simple validation and testing the API.

An AI tutor that teaches before solving.
It knows the current lesson, exercise or project and offers progressive hints before showing a full explanation.
It can review Java, SQL, Maven and configuration snippets; interpret compilation errors and stack traces; highlight common risks; and suggest tests.
It does not run code or validate results on its own. Its responses may contain errors. The course teaches you to check them against tests, official documentation and human review.

Frequently asked questions
What matters before you decide.
Can I start without previous experience?
Yes. The pathway starts with logic, syntax and object-oriented programming. It is an extensive course: you will need to practise consistently and complete the exercises on your own computer.
Does the course have live classes?
No. It is a fully online, self-paced course, with no live classes. It includes written lessons, practical exercises, assessments, downloadable projects and progress tracking tools.
Where do Java and Spring Boot run?
On your computer, using a JDK and Maven in IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code or another compatible IDE. Docker is optional. The web platform does not execute student-submitted code on Hostinger.
Do I need Docker or a GitHub account?
No. Instructions without Docker are available, and projects are downloaded directly from the campus. GitHub can help you publish a portfolio, but it is not required for studying.
What does the AI tutor do?
It explains, offers hints, reviews pasted snippets and helps interpret errors. It does not run your code or replace automated tests, official documentation or your own review.
How long does access last?
Twelve months from payment confirmation. The duration, prices and limits may be changed by the administration before a new purchase.
Is the certificate official?
No. KINTAVOR issues its own private completion certificate. It is not an official qualification and does not certify work experience.
Is finding a job guaranteed?
No. The course helps develop skills and portfolio projects but does not guarantee employment, salary, success at interviews or hiring.
Private training with clear expectations.
KINTAVOR provides private training. Its certificate is proprietary and unofficial. There is no affiliation with Oracle, OpenJDK, VMware, Broadcom, Spring or other brands mentioned; their names are used for descriptive purposes only. Some optional cloud services may incur costs. Students run projects in their own environments at their own responsibility, and keys or secrets must never be uploaded to repositories.
