Parties and product
The provider is MYSERVEAI TECHNOLOGIES SL (B23836711), with contact details in the legal notice. The product is digital access to KINTAVOR Introductory Cybersecurity for 180 days from actual payment confirmation. The configured initial price is £42.82, a single payment with no automatic renewal.
Purchase process
Before payment, the product, price, duration, terms, privacy and withdrawal information are displayed. The user supplies a correct email, can amend it before continuing and is redirected to Stripe Checkout. The success page does not activate access. Only the signed webhook, after validating the product, amount, currency, customer and transaction, confirms payment.
Acceptance is archived with the terms version, date, consent and reference. Confirmation is sent by email and the document can be saved or printed. The contract is concluded in English.
Access and authorised browser
The first sign-in binds a browser using a random token whose hash is stored on the server. Multiple tabs in the same browser are permitted. Signing out or deleting cookies does not release the binding. Changing browser uses a code sent by email and immediately revokes the previous browser and sessions. One automatic change is permitted every 30 days; additional changes require CRM authorisation.
Permitted use
The licence is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, bypassing limits, extracting question banks, copying content, automating queries, entering confidential data into the tutor or using the platform to attack systems is prohibited. A serious breach may result in access being blocked, with a record and the opportunity to contact support.
AI tutor and availability
The tutor is subject to per-student limits and a daily budget and can be disabled without affecting lessons, tests or labs. It does not provide professional advice, reconstruct real questions or accept offensive requests or exam dumps.
Withdrawal rights and digital content
As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days for distance contracts. If they expressly request that digital content begin during that period, acknowledge that they lose the right to cancel when performance begins and receive confirmation, the legal exception in Article 103(m) of the consolidated consumer legislation may apply. Checkout must collect both express consents separately; they must not be pre-ticked.
If all conditions of the exception are not met, the applicable right remains. Requests are handled via contacto@kintavor.com or the withdrawal form. This clause does not limit statutory guarantees or non-waivable rights.
Support, refunds and disputes
Pending payments do not activate access. A confirmed refund revokes or adjusts access as applicable; a dispute blocks it as a precaution and is recorded in the audit trail. Issues can be reported to contacto@kintavor.com with the reference, without sending card details.
