Terms and conditions

1. Provider, customer and purpose

Provider: MYSERVEAI TECHNOLOGIES SL, B23836711, Calle Nerine 1, 28019 Madrid, Spain, contacto@kintavor.com. These terms govern personal access to KINTAVOR Professional Network Administrator, code ADMINISTRADOR_REDES_CCNA.

The purchased product is independent advance educational preparation for CCNA 200-301 v2.0. The v2.0 examination begins on 3 February 2027. It does not include the examination, voucher, Cisco software, live classes or videos. Cisco awards certification only to those who pass its official examination.

2. Price, payment and confirmation

The launch price is a one-off payment of £84.96. The binding price is the total displayed and accepted at Checkout, with the tax treatment stated before confirmation and in the durable confirmation.

Stripe processes payments, and enrolment is activated only after verifiable confirmation. Passwords are not sent by email.

3. Duration, account and device

Access lasts 365 days from the confirmed purchase. Accounts are personal. One browser or device may be active at a time, with a self-service change subject to the limit displayed in the account: One automatic device change is allowed every 30 days. Additional changes require CRM authorisation.. Support may revoke a device after verifying the request.

Sharing credentials, bypassing limits or redistributing materials may result in proportionate suspension, with notice where appropriate and without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights.

4. Content, maintenance and requirements

For students with current access, the service includes the resources described in their purchase confirmation and may receive corrections or updates consistent with its purpose. Material changes that reduce the purchased service will be communicated and handled in accordance with consumer law.

Students need to meet the published technical requirements. External tools are optional and subject to their own licences. KINTAVOR does not promise to automatically mark Packet Tracer files.

5. AI tutor

The tutor may have daily limits, make mistakes or be temporarily disabled for security or cost reasons. Its responses must be checked against validated content. Sending secrets, credentials, sensitive real configurations or third-party data, and requesting dumps or confidential questions, is prohibited.

6. Results and private certificate

Passing, obtaining certification or employment, and achieving a particular score are not guaranteed. The KINTAVOR certificate confirms only that internal completion criteria have been met; it is not a Cisco certification.

7. Cancellation, refunds and lack of conformity

The published and accepted cancellation and refund policy applies. An exception to the right to cancel must not be activated automatically: immediate access and any acknowledgement of losing that right require separate, express controls and confirmation on a durable medium where required by law.

Rights relating to lack of conformity and other statutory guarantees are not removed by this clause.

8. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction

Support and complaints: contacto@kintavor.com. Participation in consumer arbitration: No membership of an arbitration board, code of conduct or out-of-court resolution scheme is claimed without supporting evidence.. Applicable law and courts will be determined in accordance with mandatory rules and the jurisdiction available to the consumer; no waiver of the consumer's lawful court is imposed.

Contract language: English. The system will retain the accepted version, date, price and evidence of consent.
