Data and purposes

Data is processed for accounts, verification, non-intrusive device identification, orders, payments without card details, progress, attempts, certificates, support, consents, auditing and, if enabled, the AI tutor.

They are used to provide the service, protect the account, evidence progress, fulfil rights requests and meet obligations. Do not send sensitive data.

Legal bases and recipients

Contract, legal obligation, consent and legitimate security interests provide the bases for processing, as applicable.

Stripe processes payments; Hostinger (email). emails; Hostinger (hosting). hosting; OpenAI only if the tutor is configured and enabled.

Rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at privacidad@kintavor.com and lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
