Requirements before payment

Power BI Desktop requires a compatible Windows system. There is no full native version of Power BI Desktop for macOS. If you use a Mac, you will need to provide your own Windows computer, compatible virtual machine or remote Windows access.

Some practice involving Power BI Service, collaboration, publishing or Copilot may require a Microsoft account, licence or capacity. The official PL-300 exam is booked and paid for separately. Before continuing to Stripe, you must confirm that you understand these requirements and exclusions.

Can I complete Power BI Desktop using only macOS?
