Requests and issues
Send requests to soporte@kintavor.com, identifying the purchase email and the issue without including complete bank details, passwords or keys.
Each case is reviewed against the accepted terms, access status, available evidence and the legal configuration confirmed for the operation.
Payments and access
A success page does not activate enrolment by itself. The platform waits for signed confirmation from Stripe and maintains controls against duplicate events or payments.
A confirmed refund or dispute may revoke the access period funded by that payment while preserving separate manual entitlements that remain valid.
